Building Skills. Rebuilding Communities.
Community Craft Builders (CCB) was founded with a simple belief: when local residents are equipped with the skills to rebuild their own neighborhoods, entire communities rise together.
Established in Trenton, NJ, CCB emerged as a response to the shortage of skilled tradespeople and the need for meaningful employment opportunities among housing authority residents. By blending real-world construction projects with certified training and mentorship, we empower individuals to earn while they learn — creating sustainable careers and stronger communities.
To provide hands-on construction and building trade training that leads to lasting employment, economic stability, and community revitalization.
We are committed to transforming lives through skill-building, self-sufficiency, and service.
